  • FERC has authorized Freeport LNG Development LP to restart service on its final train. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Wednesday cleared the company to commission, cooldown and restart liquefaction on Train 1. 
  • The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission authorized operations to restart on Trains 2 and 3 last month, when the plant restarted partial service after an explosion knocked it offline last June. It has since reached production of more than 1.5 Bcf/d. A second dock and third storage tank are not expected to come back online until May, when full service  of roughly 2 Bcf/d would resume.
