Florida Gas Transmission lifted an Overage Alert Day notice (seeDaily GPI, May 25) for its market areaWednesday, but said it will continue to monitor hourly and dailytakes.

Due to class location changes, Northwest will performhydrostatic testing today through June 9 on three segments of the26-inch mainline between the Sumas and Mount VernonCompressor Stations in Washington. The work impacts 270,000 Dth/dat the Sumas and Sipi receipt points, leaving 820,000 Dth/d ofavailable capacity. The 30-inch mainline in the area already meetsU.S. Dept. of Transportation Class 2 requirements and is unaffectedby the class change.

NGPL confirmed a pipeline failure last Friday afternoon on theAmarillo Mainline just north of Compressor Station 195 inWashington County, KS. No injuries were reported. Due to flowlevels in the area and the ability to use redundant facilities, nointerruption of service was anticipated.

Midwestern said hydrostatic testing of its system, originallyscheduled for May 1-16 but postponed last month to May 15-31, willnot be completed until late Friday. For this reason, the Wilmingtonand Union Hill sales meters will remain out of service with nonominations accepted there until the gas day of June 3.

Sonat estimated its cumulative system cash-out imbalance for Mayat 428,039 dekatherms short as of Monday.
