Florida Gas Transmission rescheduled maintenance betweenStations 12 and 13 in northern Florida for April 1-2. The project,which will limit market area deliveries to about 1.15-1.25 Bcf/d,will replace 120 feet of 36-inch pipe under Highway 331. Itoriginally had been planned for last Christmas Day but waspostponed due to colder weather in the market area (see Daily GPI,Dec. 23, 1999).

Capacity on El Paso’s San Juan Crossover was temporarily reducedby 20 MMcf/d Thursday due to emergency repairs to the Belen #1turbine. However, El Paso said that afternoon the turbine had beenfixed and returned to service, so it was raising Crossovercapacity back to 650 MMcf/d for Thursday’s Cycle 4 and today’sCycle 1 nominations.

CNG completed repair work on its TL-342 segment and lifted all PL-1system constraints (see Daily GPI, March8) Thursday.

Panhandle Eastern extended its 200 Line pipe repair project nearthe Liberal Station (Seward County, KS) until March 17. The work isreducing capacity by 135 MMcf/d.

El Paso has revised scheduling of some maintenance projects inthe second half of March. See the bulletin board for details. Thebiggest constraint among the projects will be a 160 MMcf/dreduction of North Mainline capacity while the Navajo C2 turbine isdown March 22-23.

Transco said the abandonment by sale to affiliate Williams GasProcessing-Gulf Coast Gathering Co. (WGP-GC) of its Tilden McMullenGathering System in South Texas will become effective April 1.Shippers using Tilden McMullen receipt points must enter into newagreements with WGP-GC for transportation from those points
