As a follow-up to its gas quality advisory posted Tuesday (seeDaily GPI, Feb. 28), NGPL listedWednesday 12 points on its Louisiana Line (east of Compressor Station302 in Segments 23, 24 and 25) that are currently exceeding thepipeline’s limit of 1,050 Btus per cubic foot on receipts. EffectiveMarch 1, nominations at those points will not be confirmed untilfurther notice “unless acceptable mitigating actions have beenarranged,”

Sea Robin Pipeline reported being told by Amerada Hess personnelhandling equipment repairs at the Sea Robin Gas Processing Plant thatthe plant should be ready to begin processing effective with today’sgas day. Amerada Hess believes the plant will be able to condition thegas adequately to meet or exceed the pipeline’s limit of 1,050 Btusper cubic foot that takes effect today (see Daily GPI, Feb. 27), Sea Robin said. The plant willcontinue to assess processing economics for ethane recovery duringMarch.

NGPL said its sale of several laterals offshore Louisiana andTexas takes effect today and that the scheduling and operations ofthose laterals are now handled by the acquiring parties. Threelaterals each were sold to Columbia Gulf and Williams EnergyServices, while Tennessee bought five laterals.
