  • Feed gas deliveries to Sabine Pass and Cameron LNG terminals were still near zero after Hurricane Laura, dragging down prompt U.S. gas prices as restart timelines remained unclear. “The main issue at this point is the timeframe for restoring power” at the terminals, said EBW Analytics Group.
  • Cheniere Energy Inc. and Sempra Energy had not provided an update about power status at the sites. “There are indications that power is already flowing at Sabine Pass,” EBW added. “Refineries and industrial plants located near Cameron, LA, however, have stated that restoration of power to their facilities could take up to three weeks, raising questions regarding the restart of Cameron.”
