Pacific Gas and Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Friday on its California Gas Transmission system. Penalties of $1/Dth will apply to customers that exceed a 5% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

Tennessee said late Wednesday afternoon it had completed repairs for the section of pipe between Main Line Valves 400-1 and 402-1 at Agua Dulce, TX, and lifted the associated force majeure. However, Tennessee noted that it continues to have limited operational flexibility to manage imbalances upstream of Station 1 in Agua Dulce and thus requires all receipt/delivery point operators in that section to run neutral or positive imbalances in that section regardless of their cumulative imbalance positions.

NGPL plans Friday through May 31 hydrostatic testing of about 168 miles of the Oklahoma Extension #1 line in Segments 2 and 5 and a portion of Segment 6. The section being tested runs from just west of the Texas-Oklahoma border in Segment 6 to Compressor Station 801 at the east end of Segment 2. All receipt points in Segments 2 and 5 and two others in Segment 6 will not be available to flow during the test period. See the bulletin board for further details.

Transwestern has rescheduled an outage of the La Plata Red Cedar interconnect for valve maintenance and a software upgrade from April 14 to April 16. La Plata Red Cedar capacity will be reduced to zero April 16 but restored to 50,000 MMBtu/d the next day.

Southwest Gas will perform pipeline maintenance near its Wigwam pressure limiting station from April 19 through May 16 and said transportation customers impacted by this work should plan on scheduling all or some portion of their gas supplies from Transwestern or El Paso until the work is complete. The Las Vegas-based LDC said it likely will issue a Hold Burn to Scheduled Volumes notice for all customers during the maintenance.
