CenterPoint canceled Monday a systemwide alert under which it began charging Excess Contract Quantities penalties last Thursday.
Southwest Gas lifted Sunday a "hold to burn notice" (see Daily GPI, Jan. 16) because linepack on upstream pipelines had been stabilized, according to a posting on the Kern River bulletin board.
Based on Jan. 21 operational conditions, Questar calulated the hydrocarbon dew point threshold for reductions related to upcoming maintenance on the dew point plant at Price Compressor Station (see Daily GPI, Jan. 19) to be 60 degrees F. The Hill Creek, Island 52-3, Riverbend and Peters Point locations were this level at some point during the Jan. 21 gas day, Questar said, and will be subject to a 62% reduction beginning with Cycle 1 nominations for Tuesday's gas day. These reductions are expected to last through Friday.
Transco said Monday the hot tap work on its Central Texas Gathering System that had been scheduled for Wednesday (see Daily GPI, Jan. 19) has been delayed due to weather and rescheduled for Feb. 1.
