In a project with implications for moving Rockies and Bakken Shale crude supplies to the Texas coast, Magellan Midstream Partners LP and Navigator Energy Services have extended a joint binding open season to test support for Voyager, a 300,000 b/d pipeline that would run from the Cushing hub in Oklahoma to Houston.
