Pacific Gas & Electric issued a systemwide Stage 3low-inventory OFO for today with penalties of $5/dth for negativeimbalances exceeding a 2% tolerance. It was projecting below-targetlinepack levels through Saturday.

Florida Gas Transmission issued an Overage Alert Day noticeWednesday with a daily imbalance tolerance of 15%.

An Overage Alert Day notice remained in effect Monday until furthernotice for the Florida Gas Transmission system (see Daily GPI, Sept. 25). The tolerance for negative dailyimbalances had been loosened to 15%.
