Florida Gas Transmission (FGT) said yesterday it found a largenew market for its Phase V expansion project. It signed a long-termcontract to provide 180 MMcf/d of firm transportation capacity toTampa Electric’s repowered Bayside generating plant (1,475 MW) inHillsborough County in southwestern Florida.
