CFTC Develops 25-Member Energy Markets Committee
In an effort to develop a public forum to examine emerging issues related to the energy markets and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (CFTC) role in these markets under the Commodity Exchange Act, the CFTC said it has put together a 25-person Energy Markets Advisory Committee (EMAC) from people within the oil, natural gas and power industry, with CFTC Acting Chairman Walter L.
