Houston-based Crestwood Midstream Partners LLC, a private midstream company formed in late 2007, announced Wednesday that private equity firm Blackstone Group and affiliate GSO Capital Partners LP have acquired ownership interests in Crestwood. They join current Crestwood owners Kayne Anderson Energy Funds and Crestwood Management LLC.
