NuStar Logistics LP and Velocity Midstream Partners said they are developing a pipeline to transport west Eagle Ford Shale condensate from Velocity’s Gardendale Hub to NuStar’s North Beach Corpus Christi, TX terminal.

Natural gas producers are developing shale across North America, but if the industry were to lose the public’s support, it also could lose its access to the massive reserves, an industry executive said Wednesday.
