Ozark Gets OK to Uprate System Capacity for Fayetteville Volumes

FERC Thursday approved a certificate amendment authorizing Ozark Gas Transmission to make a quick fix to increase its maximum capacity from 330 MMcf/d to 400 MMcf/d to handle increased gas volumes coming from the Fayetteville Shale in Arkansas near the eastern end of the Ozark system (CP07-381).

AGL Subsidiary Files at FERC for 12 Bcf, $180M Texas Facility

Following a successful open season conducted in May (see NGI, May 7), AGL Resources subsidiary Golden Triangle Storage Inc. has filed at FERC requesting a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to construct and operate a proposed underground natural gas storage project with market-based rates to be located on the southern edge of Beaumont in Jefferson County, TX.
