The Lone Star West Texas Gateway NGL (natural gas liquids) Pipeline has entered service, transporting NGLs from the Permian and Delaware basins in West Texas to Mont Belvieu, TX, project partners Energy Transfer Partners LP (ETP) and Regency Energy Partners LP said Tuesday.

EFL Overseas Inc. (EFLO) has acquired from Nahanni Energy Inc. additional rights and interests in the Liard Basin natural gas field and facilities in the Kotaneelee area of the Yukon Territory, the Houston-based company said.

Noble Energy Inc. is selling oil and natural gas properties in the Permian Basin to privately held Sheridan Holding Co. II LLC of Houston for $320 million as part of an ongoing divestiture plan, the company said Tuesday.
