Natural gas futures pushed higher on Monday, boosted by a full restart of Freeport LNG’s third train, supply interruptions in the Permian Basin and expectations for a below-average storage injection.

The June Nymex contract settled 10.7 cents higher day/day at $2.030. 

NGI’s Spot Gas National Avg. climbed 36.5 cents to $1.320. Gains were so widespread that not a single hub in North America declined. West Texas prices led the way higher, jumping more than $2, followed by gains in the Rocky Mountains, Northeast and California.
