ExxonMobil Corp.Senior Vice President Mark W. Albers, 61, plans to retire effective April 1 after 38 years with the corporation. He joined Exxon USA in 1979, and after assignments in Texas and New Jersey, he transferred in 1991 to Esso Australia in Melbourne. Albers has held a variety of executive positions, becoming president of ExxonMobil Development Co. in October 2004. Born in Calgary and raised in Texas, Albers holds a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University.
