Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Chairman Norman Bay announced the appointment of Suzanne Krolikowski as a FERC administrative law judge (ALJ). Krolikowski has served as an ALJ with the Social Security Administration in San Rafael, CA, since June 2015. She previously was an attorney-advisor for the Environmental Appeals Board with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and served as an attorney-advisor in the Office of the General Counsel for the Department of Navy in Norfolk, VA. Krolikowski is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she received her law degree and master’s degree in ecology. She received a bachelor of science degree in civil (environmental) engineering and humanities from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
