“There is a lot of upside right now in our business,” CEO Alan Armstrong said during a webcast meeting with analysts the company held Tuesday after reporting earnings. “We really continue to fire on all cylinders.”

The Tulsa-based company reported company-record annual gathering volumes of 13.9 Bcf/d in 2021, up 5% from 2020. The higher volumes were driven in part by gains in its Northeast operations, where demand remains elevated, as well as expansion efforts throughout the year. It reported contracted transmission capacity of 23.8 Bcf/d, another company high and up 3%.
