  • An LNG vessel arrived at Freeport LNG’s loading dock for the first time since a June fire knocked the Texas facility offline.
  • Chartered by BP plc, the Kmarin Diamond was towed into the facility around 1:30 p.m. Friday, according to data from Kpler. The vessel has been floating around the Freeport area since the end of last year.
  • The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission granted Freeport permission Thursday to restart loading operations at one of its docks, but approval for its requests to restart liquefaction is still pending. The vessels could be loaded with volumes still inside the facility’s tanks since before the fire, according to anonymous sources cited by Bloomberg.
