Venture Global LNG Inc. has secured a 20-year sales and procurement agreement (SPA) for a combined 1.5 million metric tons/year (mmty) from its two Louisiana natural gas export facilities with one of Germany’s largest energy firms.
The SPA clinched by the Arlington, VA-based liquefied natural gas (LNG) infrastructure company is with EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG. EnBW is the third largest combined utility in Germany with more than 5.5 million customers.
