Affiliated pipelines Texas Eastern and Algonquin removed all remaining transportation restrictions Tuesday.

Northwest said a customer-specific Declared Overrun Entitlement Period will apply to individual customers with markets north of the Kemmerer (WY) Compressor Station bottleneck who take more than 10% of their scheduled quantities for the day prior to the day a customer-specific entitlement is imposed. Entitlements will begin as early as Wednesday and will apply until further notice, the pipeline said. It went on to note that over last weekend, customers drafted about 120,000 dekatherms. Between northbound scheduled volumes through Kemmerer and drafting, Northwest lost about 200,000 Dth from its Jackson Prairie storage account. In the last two weeks, Northwest has lost an average of 330,000 Dth/week from its JP account, which currently stands at about 1.0 Bcf. Northwest reminded shippers that OFOs will be imposed if the account drops below 700,000 dekatherms.

Tennessee said Tuesday it is performing unexpected repairs at Station 315 (Wellsboro, PA) that are expected to keep the station out of service for two to three days. Based on current forecasts, Tennessee does not anticipate the outage to impact any services. However, increased demand could necessitate the implementation of a Secondary seal or restriction on the 300 Line downstream of Station 315, it said.
