Referring to its shipper advisory issued Thursday (see Daily GPI, Nov. 4), Northwest announced Monday a customer-specific Declared Overrun Entitlement Period. It applies to “individual customers with markets north of the Kemmerer [WY] Compressor who take more than 10% of their scheduled quantities for the day prior to the day a customer-specific entitlement is imposed.” The entitlements will begin as early as Tuesday (Nov. 5) and continue to apply until further notice, Northwest said. It added that over the last 10 days customers had overscheduled Kemmerer Station by about 260,000 dekatherms.

El Paso postponed repairs to Line 1200 between Williams and Seligman stations that had been scheduled for Nov. 4-22. Other previously posted maintenance was restated. From Tuesday (Nov. 5) through Nov. 19 daily reductions in North Mainline capacity will vary between 25 MMcf/d and 395 MMcf/d. See the bulletin board for details.

Another pig will be run Wednesday through Friday on Matagorda Offshore Pipeline System, said MOPS operator Northern Natural Gas, but due to the amount of liquids caught on the last pig run, no flow interruption is anticipated this time.

Destin is offering discounted IT rates of 15 cents/Dth (plus fuel and ACA) for transportation from Viosca Knoll Gathering System’s Main Pass 260 interconnect and from the Main Pass 261 (Canyon Station) interconnect to all downstream delivery points. The discount became effective Nov. 1 and will continue month to month until changed by Destin.
