Sonat lifted Monday a Type 6 OFO that had been implemented Saturday.

Panhandle Eastern said an unscheduled outage at the Liberal (KS) Units 315 and 317 has been extended. Unit 317 is now expected to be back in service on Dec. 10, while Unit 315 will remain out of service through Jan. 21, 2005.

Effective Wednesday, Dominion will institute a south to north transportation constraint known as the “Valley Gate” restriction. It will require that all transportation from a southern receipt point to a northern delivery point will require south to north primary entitlement through Valley Gate to effect. Also, all customers using FTNN-GSS capacity from a northern LDC on a secondary basis must deliver volumes into a secondary receipt point north of Valley Gate to deliver to a market north of Valley Gate. In other notices, also effective Wednesday, until further notice Dominion will restrict all deliveries to Leidy Hub in Pennsylvania to primary entitlements only; and due to current inventory levels and continued warm weather, it will limit receipts at the Texas Eastern-Perulack point to primary only for one day only Tuesday. For Wednesday receipts of secondary and interruptible volumes will be increased to 50,000 Dth/d.

Effective Nov. 15, NGPL will sell eight laterals in New Mexico’s Lea and Eddy Counties to Agave. A total of 27 attached Point Identification Numbers (PIN) attached to the laterals will be included in this sale and will be removed from NGPL’s Point Catalog. All of the PINs have been inactive for more than 12 months, the pipeline said.
