Indicating lower linepack levels than desired, Westcoast changed the tolerance range for daily imbalances Tuesday to 20% pack and zero draft. The normal range is 10% pack and 10% draft.

In extending an Overage Alert Day notice through at least Tuesday, Florida Gas Transmission tightened the tolerance for negative daily imbalances to 15% again. Tolerance had been set at 15% when the notice began Friday but was loosened to 25% Saturday through Monday.

El Paso reported that increased loads in the Phoenix area were pulling more gas through Maricopa Line 1203, allowing its capacity to increase to 140 MMcf/d effective with Monday’s Cycle 4 nominations. An Unauthorized Overpull Penalty alert declared Monday by the pipeline remained in effect Tuesday.

Sonat said it has been notified by Enterprise Operating Partners LLC that the maintenance on the Toca II processing plant that began June 7 (see Daily GPI, June 4) has been completed.
