Florida Gas Transmission lifted an Overage Alert Day notice Friday after it had been in effect for two days, but cautioned shippers that continuing warm weather in its Florida market area held the potential for prompting a new notice to keep linepack from dropping too low.

Westcoast, which until recently had set its imbalance tolerance range at zero pack and 20% draft for an extended time in an attempt to lower linepack, is swinging in the other direction. After an interim period of normal 10%/10% tolerances, as of Thursday the range became 15% pack and 5% draft.

Reflecting low linepack, NOVA changed its daily imbalance tolerance range Friday to 0/+4.
