Highway relocation work on Texas Eastern between Egypt Station in Arkansas and Fagus Station on the Arkansas-Missouri border, previously set for May 4-5, has been delayed due to high water in the area. The work is now scheduled for May 27-28. As a result, Texas Eastern will begin previously posted cleaning pig runs on May 4 that were originally scheduled to start on May 6, and they will continue on a daily basis through May 8. During these cleaning runs, restrictions may be required in the East Texas and/or M-1 24-inch zones.

Sonat reported completing integrity work on the 24-inch line between the Pickens and Louisville Compressor Stations as scheduled (see Daily GPI, March 2) and said nominations for deliveries to Texas Eastern and Gulf South at Kosciusko, MS were being accepted again effective with Wednesday’s intra-day 2 cycle.

Effective May 1 until further notice, Dominion will curtail volumes on TL-263 because receipts available from southern West Virginia exceed the segment’s limited capacity. It reminded shippers that TL-263 was reduced to an operating pressure of 500 psi on Oct. 10, 2003. “All gathering and transmission production in Bubbles 2303, 2304 and 2305 (feeding Loup Creek Station) as well as any production feeding directly into TL-263 must be curtailed 23% based on February volumes,” Dominion said. “Production in Bubbles 2301 and 2306 as well as all other production south of Oscar Nelson Station must be curtailed 44% based on February volumes.” Pool operators must inform Dominion of their exact plans to achieve the required levels of curtailment prior to May 1, or the pipeline may be forced to shut in production to protect the system from overpressuring.

El Paso postponed the shut-in of Line 3051 for maintenance between Monument Plant and Phillips Lee Plant by one day to April 30-May 5. There will be no flow to or from the IPHLEE and ICABHOBS points during the outage.
