Neither Southern California Gas nor Pacific Gas & Electric extended high-linepack OFOs beyond Saturday.

Effective with Monday’s Intra-Day 1 nominations cycle and until further notice, Dominion is limiting receipts at the TET-Lebanon and TXG-Lebanon meters in Ohio to primary only. An existing restriction to primary-only receipts for the ANR-Lebanon meter remains in place.

Westcoast, which had its imbalance tolerance range set at zero pack and 20% draft for some time before relaxing it a bit Friday to 5% pack and 15% draft, had completely swung in the other direction Monday to 20% pack and zero draft.

During scheduled maintenance on Unit #301 at Compressor Station 3 in Port Lavaca, TX, it was discovered that more extensive work will be required, Florida Gas Transmission said Monday. The unit is now expected to remain unavailable until April 25, during which FGT will schedule up to about 180,000 MMBtu/d through the station, down from normal capacity of 230,000 MMBtu/d. Previously the pipeline had expected to finish the Station 3 project by March 31 (see Daily GPI, March 16).

El Paso will take Washington Ranch Storage Field down for valve and piping maintenance April 7-8. No injections or withdrawals will be made during the outage, and El Paso “will lose a large degree of operational flexibility, making it critical that all parties scheduling gas on our pipeline manage their volumes carefully to balance receipts and deliveries daily.” To maintain system integrity, El Paso will impose custody limits on delivery points and/or place caps on receipt point as needed. General or specific Unauthorized Overpull Penalty notices will be issued if necessary.
