Tennessee will perform pipeline modifications Oct. 14-24 to the 500 Line at the Yscloskey Gas Processing Plant, located near Main Line Valve 529 in southeast Louisiana. The work will not impact available capacity on the 500 Line, but the Eloi Bay meter will be out of service during the entire period. In addition, Tennessee will be unable to deliver gas to Yscloskey for processing starting Oct. 14. On or about Oct. 18, Tennessee anticipates resuming deliveries of about 600 MMcf/d to Yscloskey, with full deliveries due again after Oct. 24.

Pacific Gas & Electric did not extend a high-inventory OFO beyond Saturday.

During Sea Robin Pipeline‘s pigging maintenance from Vermilion 149 to onshore southwestern Louisiana beginning Oct. 15 (see Daily GPI, Sept. 18), the Sea Robin Processing Plant operated by Amerada Hess will not be processing gas but will continue dehydration activity. Sea Robin has been notified that Columbia Gulf will not be accepting deliveries during this work, which is expected to last up to seven days, due to Btu content restrictions on Columbia Gulf receipts.

Reliant said Friday that although maintenance on the Amber Compressor Station has been completed, it will not be allowing any IT receipts in the West of Amber segment until further notice. However, any IT receipts with corresponding (West 1 pool) IT deliveries will be considered for approval.

Sonat reported completion of mainline maintenance in North Louisiana that had begun Sept. 13 (see Daily GPI, Sept. 12). All points between the Logansport and Bienville Compressor Stations are being allowed to schedule up to the full capacity of the line segment. Grand Cane Gate R/S #2 was shut in during this work and will be allowed to resume flowing provided there is a nomination in place, Sonat said.

Duke Energy Field Services has scheduled a planned outage of the Wilcox Plant in South Texas for Oct. 30. All 93 Texas Eastern meter stations upstream of the plant must be shut in during the afternoon of Oct. 29 and will be allowed to come back on-line on the morning of Oct. 31.

Columbia Gas said that due to long-wall mining activity under its Line SM-123 in Mingo County, WV, it expects to take the line out of service beginning in late October and running through approximately mid-November. However, the start date and duration of the outage is contingent upon the actual timing and progress of the mining activity. Given the level of firm commitments in this area, Columbia believes it will have no available IT capacity. The outage will affect receipt point interconnections with Equitable Gas (two), CNR Pipeline (nine) and Conoco (one). Columbia said a similar restriction will apply to any Appalachian production flowing directly into Line KA between Boldman Compressor Station and Huff Creek Compressor Station, as well as production flowing into Lines SM-116, KA-15, PM-3 and PM-17.

In order to facilitate previously posted pig runs, Texas Eastern restricted receipt nominations for today on its 24-inch system between the Longview (TX) and Oran (MO) Compressor Stations. The pig runs are expected to last through Oct. 9.
