An injection unit at El Paso’s Washington Ranch storage facilitythat went down for emergency maintenance on Thanksgiving Day (seeDaily GPI, Nov. 28) was restored toservice the next day, a spokesman said. However, the bulletin boardnotice reporting the outage was not updated, he said.

Effective Dec. 4, operational control of the East Tennesseesystem will be transferred from the El Paso Energy Gas ControlCenter in Hockley, TX, to the Duke Energy Gas Control Center innearby Houston.

Sonat is holding an open season through Jan. 16, 2001 forseasonal FT capacity. The service will run April through Octobereach year beginning in the summer of 2001.
