Florida Gas Transmission allowed an Overage Alert Day notice (seeDaily GPI, Nov. 27) to expire over theThanksgiving holiday weekend.
In a letter last month (see Daily GPI,Oct. 19), Northwest announced a policy revision allowing a shipperholding capacity from Sumas to off-system delivery points to amendprimary delivery points and shorten the path without being subject toa contractual OFO upon extending its contract term. However, citing”the current OFO situation on the pipeline system,” Northwest saidlast week the policy change is under review and has been suspendeduntil further notice.
Algonquin said improving weather conditions over the holidayweekend allowed it to lift restrictions Friday on makeuptransactions and scheduling of forward-haul Authorized Overruns andinterruptible services through the Cromwell (CT) CompressorStation.
El Paso reported Thursday an injection unit at its WashingtonRanch storage facility had gone down for emergency maintenance.Capacity through Pecos River Station has been reduced by 100 MMcf/duntil further notice, causing the pipeline to impose allocations onPermian Basin production and deliveries of San Juan Basin gas tothe South Mainline.
Due to a scheduled engine overhaul at the Moyie CompressorStation, interruptible service is unavailable through Thursday onthe TransCanada BC System.
El Paso said work on Lines 1106 and 1107 was extended by onemore day, causing the shut-in of deliveries into El Paso at theIUTBENED and IHYBENDM interconnects to continue through Dec. 1. Thedelay also postpones scheduled work on Line 3137, which now will beshut in Dec. 4-5, affecting the IVALEROZ, ISONORA, ISHOZONA andIBARNHRT points. Line 3177 is scheduled for Dec. 7 inspection,affecting IMOBILPE.
