Because of production receipts upstream of its Logansport (LA)facilities continuing to exceed capacity, Sonat issued a Type 5 OFOthat took effect Saturday. Volumes delivered into the system thatexceed 104% of scheduled quantities will be penalized $15/Dth. TheOFO affects 25 Logansport Field points and 24 Joaquin Field points.

Gulf South has scheduled two days of maintenance startingTuesday at the Bistineau Compressor Station in northwest Louisiana,during which compressor units #4 and #5 will be unavailable.Injections into the Bistineau storage field will be reduced by 300MMcf/d during this period. The #1, #2 and #3 units will remainavailable during the maintenance. Gulf South also will begin about30 days of maintenance to the #1 unit at the Koran CompressorStation in North Louisiana today. Koran capacity will be reduced by20 MMcf/d, but based on current no customers will be affected, GulfSouth said.

ANR said an OFO restricting the Btu content of Southeast Legreceipts to 1,050 cf will remain in effect for April. To ensurecontinuity of flow, ANR urged shippers to notifiy it about Aprilprocessing arrangements, including shrinkage factors, by Wednesday.

With nominated volumes at the Baileyville Compressor Stationequaling or exceeding operational capacity all of last week,Maritimes & Northeast is restricting all IT through the stationuntil further notice. In addition, no increase in firm services wasbeing accepted at Baileyville for Saturday’s gas day.

One engine at CIG’s Douglas Compressor Station on the MedicineBow Lateral will be out of service to replace wiring for 14 hoursbeginning at 7 a.m. MST April 4. Flow through the station will bereduced by the equivalent of about 75-100 MMcf/d. One unit will beout of service April 3-7 at Bridger Creek, reducing capacity thereto about 12 MMcf/d, CIG said.
