Problems with the Blanco Plant’s D1 turbine (see Daily GPI, June 8) were not as severe as anticipated,El Paso said, and thus it was being returned to service Friday alongwith the rest of the plant instead of remaining down through Sunday aspreviously estimated.

Sonat will install new facilities Friday on the Eloi Bay tie-into its system at Gate 6 in Louisiana. Eight receipt points mustshut for an estimated eight to 10 hours that day, the pipelinesaid.

Thus during outage #1 (June 21-22)Northwest will be physically unable to receive gas at the SandSprings, Conoco Dragon Trail, West Douglas, Trail Canyon,Foundation Creek and Calf Canyon receipt points and anticipatesPrimary service cuts on volumes exceeding 145,000 Dth/day. Duringoutage #2 (June 28-29) Northwest will be physically unable toreceive gas at the Cocoran, South Canyon, Bar-X and Premier Bar-Xreceipt points and anticipates Primary cuts on volumes exceeding95,000 Dth/day. It will re-evaluate the anticipated impact asoutage #3 (August 23-28) approaches.
