Southern California Gas set a positive imbalance tolerance of 10% in issuing a high-linepack OFO for Saturday.

Northwest said northbound primary scheduled quantities through Kemmerer Compressor Station and the Plymouth South constraint point were approximately 680,000 Dth/d and 567,000 Dth/d, respectively, in Timely cycle nominations for Friday’s gas day. This exceeded their respective design capacities of 655,000 Dth/d and 536,000 Dth/d. As a result, Northwest issued a recall advisory asking shippers that have OFO obligations through either point to recall all capacity that is subject to OFO provisions. To avoid the issuance of an OFO, Northwest also requested that shippers voluntarily reduce northbound nominations through the affected points.

TGT said it had completed unscheduled maintenance that began last Monday on the Youngsville East segment in South Louisiana and was returning to normal operating conditions Saturday.
