After designating Friday as a Critical Day for storage in which no interruptible injections were expected to be available, Columbia Gas extended the Critical Day period to Saturday through Monday. The pipeline also barred Auto-PAL (Park and Loan) service through the weekend and said no nominations to resolve due-pipe imbalances were being accepted.

Southern canceled Friday a Type 3 OFO involving capacity allocations in the East of Wrens, Savannah Line and Cypress Line delivery groups. It also said it would end Saturday a systemwide Type 6 OFO that had been implemented Thursday.

CenterPoint declared a force majeure situation on its BT-1 System, affecting a section of Line BT-1-AN in northwest Arkansas. CenterPoint said it had taken that section out of service Thursday while it assesses the extent of potential damage and performs any necessary repairs. It expected the work to take about three days, during which the SEECO Brasher receipt point in Yell County, AR, was shut in. CenterPoint didn’t anticipate any interruption of services but listed a number of meters that could experience capacity allocations.

MRT began critical unscheduled maintenance Friday at its Unionville storage facility. See the bulletin board for restrictions that will apply because of limited injection capacity until the work is completed.

Panhandle Eastern has rescheduled an expected three-day outage of the Freedom Compressor Station for a bypass installation to begin Wednesday. The Jackson Pipeline and LEE 8 Storage locations will be unavailable during the project.

Williams Field Services (WFS) has declared a force majeure event due to an outage that occurred Sept. 23 at the LaBarge Compressor Station in the Green River gathering area, according to a Kern River bulletin board notice. Current impacted shipper nominations will remain in place until further notice, WFS said.

Gulf South postponed planned pipe maintenance and pigging of its Index 270-82 segment, previously set for Monday through Saturday this week, until Oct. 10-15. Physical flow will be suspected at the America Midstream (Midla) location during the project.

Southern California Gas said it regained 100 MMcf/d of border delivery capacity Thursday afternoon at Needles, CA, after completing a main bearing replacement on the North Needles Unit #3.
