Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Sunday but ended it Monday.

Citing maintenance and current operating conditions, Panhandle Eastern will not schedule Interruptible and Out-of-Path deliveries downstream of Edgerton Compressor Station effective Tuesday until further notice.

El Paso said a gas quality issue was resolved and it resumed accepting nominations Monday at the NGPL Lea receipt point in the Permian Keystone Pooling Area. Also, from a North Mainline estimated base capacity of 2,238 MMcf/d, El Paso has scheduled a series of triple-digit reductions for varying periods throughout September. See the bulletin board for details.

Starting Sept. 1 Columbia Gas will take a section of Line 1804 just west of Gettysburg (PA) Compressor Station out of service for replacement due to a Department of Transportation class change. “Because this outage is in an unlooped section of Line 1804, the capacity impact is significant — a loss of over 525,000 Dth/d,” Columbia said. The outage, which is expected to last through Sept. 16, has been scheduled for a period when it is not expected to impact primary firm transportation; however, nonfirm capacity to eastern markets from western receipt points will be constrained, the pipeline added. As a result, it will impose a zero nonfirm capacity restriction across internal constraints at Artemas, PA, and Rutledge, MD. See the bulletin board for other details.

Questar has scheduled required Department of Transportation tests and periodic maintenance at Oak Spring Station, which will reduce flow through the ML 104 segment scheduling point to 330,000 Dth/d Sept. 13 and then to zero for the following gas day, with capacity returning to the normal 520,000 Dth/d on Sept. 15.
