After warning of the possibility Wednesday, Florida Gas Transmission followed up by issuing an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers Thursday with a 20% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

Pacific Gas and Electric kept a long-running systemwide Stage 1 high/low-inventory OFO in place on its California Gas Transmission system, but it raised the imbalance tolerance from 10% to 15% in both directions for Friday.

ANR said it has shut in the Ship Shoal 80 at Eugene Island 125 receipt point offshore Louisiana until further notice due to gas quality issues.

Questar reported being authorized to deactivate Measurement Allocation Points (MAP) that have not had gas flows for one year or longer and are not listed on a firm Transportation Service Agreement. It listed a number of MAPs (see the bulletin board for details) that will be deactivated Sept. 1.
