Southern said based on weather forecasts and projected system demand, five delivery groups will become subject to an OFO Type Level 1 Tuesday until further notice. Penalties of $10/Dth will apply to shippers whose allocated deliveries in those groups exceed 105% of their daily entitlement, Southern said. See the bulletin board for details.

Florida Gas Transmission increased the tolerance for negative imbalances from 20% to 25% in keeping an Overage Alert Day in place for a second day Saturday, then canceled it Sunday.

El Paso said Saturday it was ending a force majeure event on its North Mainline that resulted from a leak on Line 1201 upstream of Navajo Compressor Station. Lines 1201 and 1208 were returned to full service for Intraday 1 cycle nominations for Friday’s gas day, El Paso said, while full Line 1204 nominations were restored for Saturday’s gas day.

Rockies Express (REX) lifted Monday the force majeure that was declared July 24 at Mexico Compressor Station. REX reminded customers of emergency shutdown tests and/or routine maintenance scheduled for Tuesday at the Steele City, Mexico and Hamilton compressor stations in combination with a smart pig run between the Turney and Mexico station. During this outage capacity through Segment 260 will be limited to 1,400,000 Dth/d, REX said, and based on current nominations, AOR/IT, secondary and primary quantities are at risk of not being fully scheduled.

Westcoast terminated a systemwide OFO to combat system drafting Saturday, and on Monday it said it was experiencing high linepack instead.

The Union Ojibway-Wayne County location became available for nominations again Monday, Panhandle Eastern said after completing hydrostatic testing on the Ontario Lateral that had begun July 12 (see Daily GPI, July 7).

Gas Transmission Northwest said it had activated the new point of Turquoise Flats for receipts of up to the design capacity of 1,200 MMcf/d from Ruby Pipeline.
