Southern California Gas (SoCalGas) kept a high-linepack OFO in place through Sunday, then allowed it to expire Monday. SoCalGas also said it lost 100 MMcf/d of North Needles border delivery capacity Sunday for an undetermined amount of time when it declared a force majeure at the receipt point in order to replace a piston on the #1 unit.

Gulfstream canceled Sunday an Action Alert against high linepack that had been issued two days earlier.

Due to unplanned maintenance, Sea Robin Pipeline‘s Erath Compressor Station was shut in Tuesday until further notice. With ongoing pressure fluctuations, the pipeline said, nominations to delivery points downstream of Erath will be subject to scheduling reductions. It urged shippers to contact their downstream delivery point operators to confirm their ability to accept gas from Sea Robin during this outage, adding, “As always, receipt point nominations will not be accepted until downstream deliveries are confirmed.” In addition, due to the combined effect of the Erath Compressor Station outage and the reduced Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure of 984 psig on its West Leg, Sea Robin is not accepting IT nominations from 19 West Leg receipt points (see the bulletin board for a list) until further notice.

Columbia Gas took Line P between the Chestnut Junction and Walbridge mainline valves in Johnson and Lawrence counties, KY, out of service Tuesday for an estimated 90 days for the replacement of 12.5 miles of bare, coupled and cathodically unprotected pipe. The start date of the construction was delayed from the originally planned June 20. See the bulletin board for impact details.
