Citing “significant” market area demand, Florida GasTransmission issued an Overage Alert Day notice, with a 6%tolerance for daily negative imbalances, Wednesday for its segmenteast of Station 12 in north-central Florida. The pipeline willreevaluate conditions this morning before deciding whether toextend the notice.

Columbia Gas reminded FSS customers they are required to reducestorage volumes to no more than 25% of Storage Contract Quantitylevels by April 1. Any excess gas will be forfeited to thepipeline.

Sonat said it will declare force majeures during shut-in testsnext month at its Muldon and Bear Creek storage facilities inMississippi and Louisiana respectively. During the April 2-8 Muldontest, CSS customers’ daily injection/withdrawal quantities will bereduced to 36% of current levels. The cuts will be to 64% ofcurrent levels during the April 9-15 Bear Creek test.
