Neither Pacific Gas and Electric nor Southern California Gas extended high-linepack OFOs beyond Saturday.

Columbia Gas reported that Line P is back in service. It has lifted the associated force majeure and allowed flows to resume at six affected meters.

Due to maintenance by the operator, no gas is flowing at the Milford interconnect meter in Connecticut until further notice, Tennessee said. It also said Saturday it was lifting an imbalance warning downstream of Station 249 (Carlisle, NY).

Rockies Express (REX) said Monday it was experiencing an outage on unit #3 at Wamsutter Compressor Station, adding that it has mobilized repair crews to resolve the issue. However, if this cannot be done in a timely manner, REX said it may be required to issue a force majeure affecting Segment 130. Regardless whether that happens, effective immediately AOR/IT quantities are at risk of not being scheduled, the pipeline said.

CIG said it is still in the process of determining a plan for a necessary repair at Totem Storage Field and the associated timeline, but it added that it will not be necessary to reduce firm service entitlements to zero Tuesday as previously posted. However, effective with Timely Cycle nominations for Tuesday’s gas day the pipeline was restricting service to firm entitlements only.

Noting that unscheduled pipe maintenance caused it to temporarily remove Line 19 in the East Zone from service May 5, Enogex said that while the outage was initially anticipated to last about 21 days, ongoing maintenance efforts now require that the estimate of the duration be extended through June 10. Based on current nominations and system conditions, Enogex does not anticipate needing to curtail any of five affected receipt points (see the bulletin board for list), but it said it will not be able to increase their volumes during the outage.

Gulf South will conduct an auction of excess storage gas starting at 10 a.m. CDT Wednesday. It plans to sell 240,000 Dth of gas in place at its Bistineau Storage Facility in northwest Louisiana. Buyers must arrange for the necessary storage and transportation agreements from the point of sale.
