Citing continued limited operational flexibility, Tennessee said it was not accepting nominations on PAL-D Parks, PAL-D Loan Payback or ISPA Interruptible Storage Injections at the Bear Creek facility in northwest Louisiana effective with Wednesday’s gas day. In addition, Tennessee said Tuesday it had completed a Line 527A-300 abandonment project three days ahead of schedule and was allowing physical flow to resume at the Venice Interconnect subject to scheduled nominations.
Texas Eastern noted that it will conduct maintenance at French Lick (IN) Compressor Station from Friday through next Monday, during which the 24-inch diameter pipe (a single-line system) will be blocked. “A restriction of interruptible and secondary firm services sourced upstream of French Lick for delivery downstream of French Lick will occur,” and possibly for primary firm services, Tennessee said. See the bulletin board for shipper options and other requirements.
At the conclusion of a testing period, starting Friday Questar‘s Clay Basin storage facility will have total daily injection capacity of 25,000 Dth, the pipeline said. Withdrawal capacity will total 670,000 Dth/d, but volumes into Questar will be limited to 350,000 Dth/d.
