Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Saturday, saying it will assess tariff-specified buy-back charges to customers that deliver more than 110% of their actual gas usage on the OFO day. SoCalGas also said it will lose 1.1 Bcf/d of withdrawal capability from Monday through Friday this week as it installs new glycol filters and cleans the dehydration equipment at its Aliso Canyon storage field.

Pacific Gas and Electric kept a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO going through at least its third day Saturday but further loosened the tolerance on positive daily imbalances from 12% to 15%.

Northern Natural Gas extended a System Underrun Limitation that began Saturday for all market-area zones through at least Sunday. Partially reflecting how warmer conditions were returning to much of the Midwest late last week, Northern said that with a normal system-weighted temperature of 53 degrees at this time of year, it was projecting averages of 67, 66 and 64 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, respectively.

TGT will be running in-line inspection tools for an estimated two days each starting Tuesday from Carthage Hub in East Texas to the Red River in North Louisiana and then starting Thursday from Red River to the Sharon (LA) Compressor Station. The first project will reduce Sharon Carthage West lateral capacity from 275,000 MMBtu/d to 75,000 MMBtu/d, while the second inspection will reduce the entire Sharon Carthage East-West lateral capacity from 428,595 MMBtu/d to 75,000 MMBtu/d, TGT said. In both cases 75,000 MMBtu/d will have to be sourced from the Champlin location, it added. See the bulletin board for lists of all other receipt points that must be shut in during the work.
