Citing limited operational flexibility to manage imbalances, Tennessee said a systemwide Imbalance Warning will go into effect Saturday and require all delivery point operators “to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position. All receipt point operators are required to keep actual daily receipts into the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position.” If compliance is not sufficient, Tennessee said, it may take further actions, including contract- or meter-specific OFOs to maintain operational integrity.

Florida Gas Transmission tightened the tolerance for negative daily imbalances from 15% to 5% in extending through at least Thursday an Overage Alert Day that had begun Monday.

CenterPoint issued an Operational Alert notifying shippers that it will begin about two days of scheduled maintenance Tuesday at Amber Compressor Station in Grady County, OK (West 1 Pooling Area). CenterPoint said its ability to accept receipts at a number of points (see list on the bulletin board) could be reduced by up to 110,000 Dth/d, which could impact firm service, during this work.

Enogex said it expects an outage of Line 21 in its East Zone, which began July 23, to continue through the end of August and into September. The outage is causing capacity to all Bennington delivery points (Gulf Crossing, Midcontinent Express and NGPL-Bryan) to remain unavailable to shippers.

Gulf South now expects planned maintenance that began Thursday at Tallulah Compressor Station in northeast Louisiana to continue through Sept. 2. It had previously anticipated eight days of work. See the bulletin board for a variety of related restrictions.
