Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) belatedly issued a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Tuesday and extended it through Wednesday, tightening the tolerance for positive daily imbalances from 12% to 9%.

Tennessee issued an Imbalance Warning for downstream Zones 5 and 6 Tuesday, citing low linepack and hot weather in its market area. Customers were asked to match physical flow with scheduled quantities to prevent imbalances from occurring in the two zones that would threaten Tennessee’s operational integrity.

Saying it has completed maintenance at the Airport Compressor Station, Gulf South resumed accepting nominations for flow there effective with the Timely Cycle for Wednesday’s gas day.
