Pacific Gas and Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission system for Thursday. Penalties of $1/Dth were set for noncompliance with a daily imbalance tolerance of 8%.

Southern California Gas waited until early afternoon Wednesday before announcing a high-linepack OFO for Thursday. It will assess Buy-Back charges in accordance with its tariffs to customers who deliver into its system more than 110% of their actual gas usage on the OFO day.

Florida Gas Transmission did not extend an Overage Alert Day beyond Tuesday.

Problems with high hydrocarbon dew point levels have ended at the Lost Creek Sweetwater receipt point, Rockies Express said.

ANR said gas quality issues at West Cameron Blocks 145, 171 and 172 have been resolved and it has lifted all associated restrictions.

Southern Natural Gas reported taking the Onward Compressor Station in western Mississippi down Wednesday for maintenance that will extend through the end of June. This project may require some service reductions and producers west of the station could see higher-than-normal operating pressures, Southern said. The Bay Springs Compressor Station in southern Mississippi is also down for maintenance until late June, Southern said, and service could be impacted depending on demand east of the station.
