Westcoast notified shippers Wednesday that a force majeureoccurrence knocking out all processing capacity at its Pine RiverPlant had been resolved and processing was back to normal. Theplant experienced a total PLC (programmable logic controller)failure Monday afternoon, but the problem was fixed Tuesdayevening, Westcoast said.

During the tie-in of a new receipt meter at South Marsh Island(SMI) 76 on the Blue Water System early next month, Tennessee willnot take nominations at meter 012435 (SMI 76-P). The outage isscheduled to begin March 4 and last three days. Meter 012435 shouldreturn to service March 7, the pipeline said.

Although it declared force majeure in connection with amaintenance shutdown of a compressor that began Wednesday at theBear Creek (LA) Storage Field,Sonat does not anticipate anyreductions in service.

Effective March 1, Transco and Columbia Gas will consolidatetheir Emporia I (E13) and Emporia II (E16) interconnects inGreensville County, VA. Emporia II will be eliminated as viablereceipt point. The change was part of a Dec. 1, 1999 PipelineInterconnect Balancing Agreement between the pipes.

Due to decreased nominations, Tennessee lifted a service sealWednesday at the Algonquin Mendon meter in Massachusetts.
