Northern Natural Gas said because of low temperatures being forecast for its service area, it will implement a System Overrun Limitation in all market-area zones (ABC, D and EF) Wednesday.

Citing cold weather forecasts in its service area, MRT said a System Protection Warning (SPW) will become effective Tuesday until further notice. See the bulletin board for SPW conditions.

Tennessee said Monday it was lifting a systemwide Imbalance Warning, but continued to ask all customers to match physical flow with scheduled quantities.

Transco said it was informed by Enterprise Gas Processing that the North Terrebonne Gas Plant will be shutting down March 1 to install a new motor control room. Upstream gas into Transco will not be processed during the North Terrebonne outage, which is expected to continue through March 9. Transco said it will continue to accept nominations from production upstream of the plant, but Plant Thermal Reduction requirements should be adjusted accordingly. It will monitor the situation, but does not expect the short-term increase in systemwide enriched gas to have a significant impact on operations.
