Tennessee said Wednesday afternoon it had identified a leak on the Fidelity Line 8A-300 lateral located at Main Line Valve 8 near Victoria, TX. Two meters were required to shut in until further notice, the pipeline said. It added that shipper nominations there were allowed to remain in place for Wednesday’s gas day but must be reduced to zero effecitve with Evening Cycle nominations for Thursday.

After cautioning earlier Tuesday that it might become necessary, Northwest declared a maintenance-related OFO and Deficiency Period that became effective Wednesday at its Roosevelt Compressor Station because primary firm nominations through the station were exceeding the operational available capacity of 530,000 Dth/d by 16,000 Dth/d.

Southern California Gas said it lost 300 MMcf/d of injection capacity Tuesday at its Aliso Canyon storage facility because of turbo-driven compressors being out of service for emergency repairs. The reduction is expected to last through Dec. 9.

Southern Natural Gas told shippers Wednesday it had resumed accepting nominations for ISS (interruptible storage service) injections and due-pipe imbalance make-ups.
