As weather in its service territory gets much colder than it was during the last half of November, Northern Natural Gas plans to lift a systemwide System Underrun Limitation (SUL) at the end of Tuesday’s gas day (9 a.m. CST Wednesday). The SUL had been implemented Nov. 10 (see Daily GPI, Nov. 10).

Tennessee said it had resumed accepting nominations for these types of services — FSPA-AO, IS-PA and Parks with future month withdrawal — effective with Tuesday’s gas day.

ANR told storage customers it will continue to restrict all daily activity for DDS and MBS services into December until further notice. Also, all DDS and MBS account levels will remain at a volume of zero during this same time period, ANR said. The pipeline also said that having sold its interest in facilities at Ship Shoal 290/291 offshore Louisiana effective Tuesday, it was terminating an OFO associated with those facilities.

Issuing a Recall Advisory effective Wednesday for Roosevelt Compressor Station, Northwest said primary firm nominations through the station have exceeded available capacity and affected shippers should take action to reduce such nominations in order to avoid a potential OFO. See the bulletin board for further details.
